We overcame the difficulties related to any company’s beginning thanks to our work, our professionalism and the constant training of our bakers. This has allowed La Niña del Sur to become a leading company in the sector.

We are committed to innovation and adaptation to our consumers’ needs, which change and become more demanding every day, yet our products are always based on traditional recipes and our vast experience.
This commitment to innovation brings us to the recent expansion of our facilities and the incorporation of a new production line (including auxiliary installations for packaging, palletizing, fermentation, freezing and product preservation) adapted to the needs of the market. However, we still ensure delivery of the same homemade quality final product.
La Niña del Sur S.L. it is certified under the strictest standards of Quality and Food Safety, we have IFS and BRC certificates as well as other sustainability certifications and special consumer markets, as well as the RSPO certificate, relating to sustainability in the use of palm oil.
